Shipping policy

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for processing since each product is made to order.

Shipping days are Monday - Wednesday. If the 5th day falls after Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Monday. 

Once shipped out, your order will arrive within the estimated time frame of your chosen shipping method. 

Peak Season Shipping & Delivery Policy

During high-volume periods, such as major holidays (e.g., Black Friday through Christmas/New Year's, Mother's Day, etc.), carriers experience extraordinary demand and logistical challenges.

Please note the following during these times:
Shipping Timelines: Our standard estimated delivery times are guidelines only. During peak season, transit times are subject to change and delays may occur due to carrier capacity constraints, weather events, or high parcel volume.


Bulk & Wholesale Orders Notice:

While our standard lead time for typical orders is 5-7 business days, due to the handcrafted nature and scale required for larger quantities, bulk or wholesale orders (e.g., orders for 10+ units) may require an extended processing time of up to 10-14 business days before shipment.

We will always contact you personally immediately after you place a large order to provide you with an accurate, item-specific estimated ship date. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we lovingly prepare your large order!
